The AOZ5038QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck DrMOS power module designed for demanding applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package, minimizing parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. The module offers high continuous output current of 50A and peak current of up to 60A, with a wide power supply range of 4.5V to 25V. It supports up to 2MHz switching operation and features Tri-state PWM input compatibility, Under-Voltage LockOut (UVLO) protection, and a single FCCM pin for control over shutdown, diode emulation, and continuous conduction mode (CCM). The integrated bootstrap diode and optimized pin-out further enhance its versatility and ease of integration into server, notebook, VRM, point-of-load, memory, and graphic card applications.
